Washing your face incorrectly wont give you the exfoliation (removal of surface skin) had wanted, just like other grooming procedures its important to take the proven steps. This is important because proper steps will make your skin look and feel healthy, in return you will age the way most men wish.
Exfoliation removes the outermost layer of dead epidermis cells exposing the finer tissue underneath - looking smoother. When these old dead skin cells are not removed, they lead to blackheads and blemishes. Here are our recommended 3 steps:
Step 1 - Rinse face with water.
Step 2 - Scrub gently (while your face is wet) using a circular motion.
Step 3 - Rinse with water and pat dry with a towel.
Step 4 - Moisture after to re-hydrate skin (this prevents skin from drying out).
- Instead of heavily scented soaps, use grainy cleansers or normal soaps (you dont need extra chemicals used in scented soaps)
- Eat seasonal greens, they are packed with nutrients that help your skin.
- Exfoliate more often during hot and humid months of summer.
