Trym brings haircuts on-demand to your door, provided by experienced and screened barbers. We only provide the best barbers in San Francisco, so they can provide the highest quality cuts whether you're in your office, your home, or your hotel.

HOW DOES TRYM WORK?

Our process is seamless and quick.

At your appointment time, a barber will arrive at your door with their equipment, a disposable mat, and grooming products to ensure a relaxing haircut. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your haircut.

WHO ARE THE BARBERS?

Our barbers all have a minimum of 2 years of experience and of course a valid certificate. We realize the quality of your haircut is the most important factor in any cut. That is why we handpicked the best barbers in San Francisco, to deliver the most seamless on the go experience for you. HOW DOES SETUP AND CLEANUP WORK?

With each visit your Trym Barber will set up their equipment at your desired location, all we ask is that you set your chair at a well lit area. We use a disposable mat to make sure there is no hair left behind after your cut, which we'll throw out after packing up the equipment. There's really not much you need to worry about.

IS TRYM SAFE?

Trym has the best safety procedure from the moment you book your request until our barber leaves the door. Not only do we background check each barber, but we're monitoring your experience from check-in to check-out, and are always here in case you have a question. Handsome has never been easier.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

Just designate a well lit location and provide our barber with a chair. We'll take care of the rest.

CAN I PICK MY OWN BARBER?

We recognize the importance of choice when it comes to your personal barber, that's why we have allowed you to select a Favorite Barber, section that allows you to re-schedule future cuts with your past barbers. However, on your first service request we will match you with one of our master barbers that best fits your request. 

CAN I BOOK A HAIRCUT DIRECTLY WITH A BARBER INSTEAD OF THROUGH TRYM?

Trym takes the stress out of scheduling a haircut, which is all possible through our honor system. If you enjoy your service, we hope that you will do your part in keeping our eco-system intact.

HOW LONG WILL OUR APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Each haircut will take about 30 minutes.

HOURS OF SERVICE?

Monday - Sunday, 9am - 9pm.

HOW MUCH WILL MY CUT COST?

Haircut - $59

Straight Razor Shave - $49

Beard Trims - $10 (can only be requested along another service)

Each Additional Cut Reduces $5 Per Cut (ex. 3 Haircuts = $49 each or 3 straight razor shaves = $39 each)

WHAT ABOUT TIPS?

Tips are not included within our final price, because they are not mandatory. However, if you decide you would like to tip, your barber is welcome to accept.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

If you'd like to cancel your request simply let us know. You can reschedule an appointment up to 1 hour before the appointment with no penalty. 

  • If you reschedule with less than 1 hour prior to the appointment, we charge a $15 fee* 
  • If you reschedule with less than 30 minutes’ notice prior to the appointment, we charge a $30 fee*
  • If you cancel with less than 1 hour’s notice prior to the appointment, we charge $30 fee*
  • If you cancel with less than 30 minutes prior to the appointment, we charge the full amount of the cut*

    *except if no barber is assigned, then it's free of charge.

CAN I HIRE A TRYM BARBER FOR SPECIAL EVENTS?

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY SERVICE, WHO DO I CONTACT?

Please contact us below, or contact our Customer Delight agents with any immediate concerns at (415)-854-7088. Contact us within 24 hours and provide detailed information regarding your concern. If your concern is valid we will send a barber back to fix the problem free of charge.

I DON'T HAVE AN IPHONE CAN I STILL REQUEST A BARBER?
